The reform of the financial regulatory system is not only a hot topic for discussion in developed countries, but also a focus in China and it is the emphasis of financial reform during the 12th Five-Year Plan period. At present, various issues have emerged in China’s financial regulatory system and domestic disputes have led to uncertainties about the orientation of reform. However, it is anticipated that there will be changes in regulatory legislation, bodies, methods and policies in the future.
