Standard & Poor's Ratings Services assigned its 'AA-' rating to Ohio Higher Educational Facility Commission's series 2008A fixed-rate hospital revenue bonds and its 'AA-/A-1+' rating to the commission's series 2008B hospital variable-rate demand bonds (VRDBs), with both series issued on behalf of the Cleveland Clinic Health System's obligated group (CCHS).
