Abstract
OVERVIEW We raised our rating on the class B notes from Bushnell Loan Fund II Ltd. and removed it from CreditWatch with positive implications. We affirmed our 'AAA (sf)' ratings on the class A-1 and A-2 notes from the same transaction. The upgrades reflect a paydown to the class A-1 notes. The affirmations reflect the availability of credit support at the classes' current rating levels.
