Bulletin: Ratings Unchanged In Nightingale Funding PLC After Review Feb 07

Abstract
LONDON (Standard & Poor's) Feb. 9, 2007-Standard & Poor's Ratings Services said today that, following a review of the Nightingale Funding PLC transaction based on data provided by the servicer, Citibank International PLC, up to and including December 2006, there are no changes to the ratings on the notes (see list below). 'Our review shows that the transaction's performance is stable and that no rating action is warranted at this time,' said credit analyst Esther Robinson Wild. The transaction was originated by Citibank International and closed in December 2003. The notes were backed by a seasoned commercial mortgage pool of 817 loans secured by predominantly residential care and nursing home properties (85%) in England, Wales, and Scotland. The last loan...
