Abstract
Standard & Poor's Ratings Services assigned its 'AA-' rating to Ohio Higher Educational Facility Commission's series 2008A fixed-rate hospital revenue bonds and its 'AA-/A-1+' rating to the commission's series 2008B hospital variable-rate demand bonds (VRDBs), with both series issued on behalf of the Cleveland Clinic Health System's obligated group (CCHS). Standard & Poor's also affirmed its existing 'AA-' rating on Cuyahoga County, Ohio's various bonds issued for CCHS, as well as its 'A+' rating on Lakewood, Ohio's series 2003 bonds, issued for the CCHS affiliate Lakewood Hospital Association. In addition, Standard & Poor's affirmed its outstanding 'AA-/A-1+' ratings on Cuyahoga County's bonds, issued for CCHS.
