Standard & Poor's Ratings Services assigned its 'AA-' issuer credit rating (ICR) and 'AAA' enhanced program rating to Ponder Independent School District (ISD), Texas' series 2011 unlimited-tax refunding bonds. At the same time, Standard & Poor's affirmed its 'AA-' ICR and 'AAA' enhanced program rating on the district's general obligation (GO) debt outstanding. The outlook on all rating is stable.
