Standard & Poor's Ratings Services assigned its 'AA+' rating, and stable outlook, to Chesterfield County Economic Development Authority, Va.'s series 2010A public facility revenue refunding bonds and 2010B taxable recovery zone economic development revenue bonds, supported by Chesterfield County, and affirmed its 'AA+' rating, with a stable outlook, on the county's existing revenue bonds for various issuers. At the same time, Standard & Poor's affirmed its 'AAA' rating, with a stable outlook, on the county's general obligation (GO) debt.
