Abstract
OVERVIEW We revised our outlook on class H from 1166 Avenue of the Americas Commercial Mortgage Trust II's series 2005-C6 to stable. We also affirmed our 'BBB- (sf)' rating on this class. The outlook revision follows the outlook revision on the issuer credit rating on March & McLennan Cos. NEW YORK (Standard & Poor's) Nov. 17, 2011--Standard & Poor's Ratings Services today revised its outlook on the 'BBB- (sf)' rating on the class H commercial mortgage pass-through certificates from 1166 Avenue of the Americas Commercial Mortgage Trust II?s series 2005-C6 to stable from negative. We also affirmed our rating on this class. Today's outlook revision reflects our outlook revision on the issuer credit rating on Marsh & McLennan Cos. (BBB-/Stable/A-3)....
