Abstract
OVERVIEW We raised our ratings on four classes of notes from Baker Street CLO II Ltd. and removed three of them from CreditWatch with positive implications. We also affirmed our ratings on two other classes of notes. The upgrades reflect an improvement in the credit quality of the underlying asset portfolio, as well as an increase in the overcollateralization (O/C) ratios.
