Abstract
In what was otherwise a quiet week in the domestic corporate bond market, Publishing and Broadcasting Ltd. set the cat among the pigeons with its announcement Publishing and Broadcasting Ltd., Orica Ltd., Port of Tauranga Ltd. National RMBS Trust 2006-3 and Bank Nederlandse Gemeenten AGL Energy, Alinta Ltd., Republic of Italy, and Publishing and Broadcasting Ltd. In what was otherwise a quiet week in the domestic corporate bond market, PBL set the cat among the pigeons with its announcement of its intention to divest its major media businesses into a joint venture with CVC Asia Pacific.
