'A-1+' Short-Term Rating Assigned To University Of Missouri Board of Curator's $375 Million CP Notes Nov 11

Abstract CHICAGO (Standard & Poor's) Nov. 23, 2011-- Standard & Poor's Ratings Services assigned its 'A-1+' short term rating to the University of Missouri Board of Curator's $375 million series A&B commercial paper (CP) notes issued on behalf of University of Missouri (UM). Standard & Poor's also affirmed its 'AA+' long-term rating on the board's system facilities revenue bonds outstanding, which also were issued on behalf of UM. In addition, Standard & Poor's affirmed its 'AA+/A-1+' dual rating on the university's variable-rate debt bonds (VRDBs) outstanding. The outlook on all long-term ratings is stable.
