Standard & Poor's Ratings Services assigned its 'AAA/A-1' to Citigroup Taxable Trust's series T20001 notes, the first series issued under this trust. The long-term component of the rating is based on Georgia's general obligation bonds (federally taxable recovery zone economic Development bonds - direct pay) series 2010C-3 (AAA). The short-term component is based on a shortfall liquidity swap provided by Citibank N.A. (A-1). The notes are secured by the bonds.
