Actuant Corp. Outlook Revised To Positive On Good Credit Measures; 'BB' Corporate Rating Affirmed Nov 11

Abstract Industrial manufacturer Actuant Corp.'s credit measures remain stronger than our expectations for the current rating, and we believe that its financial policies may, over time, support a higher rating while providing adequate capacity for debt-funded acquisitions. We are revising the outlook on Actuant to positive from stable and affirming our ratings, including the 'BB' corporate credit rating. The positive outlook reflects the potential for an upgrade if the company sustains operating performance and credit measures, with support from financial policies.
