Rating On Signum White Series 2010-1 Raised To 'A-' Nov 11

TOKYO (Standard & Poor's) Nov. 25, 2011--Standard & Poor's Ratings Services today said that it has raised its rating on Signum White Ltd.'s series 2010-1transaction to 'A-' from 'BBB+' (see list below). This is a repackaged loan transaction backed by a collateral bond and a cross-currency swap between Signum White and Goldman Sachs International. The rating action follows our upgrade of the collateral bond to 'A-' from 'BBB+' on Nov. 23, 2011.
