Abstract
Bahrain Telecommunications Company is the former incumbent fixed-line and leading mobile telecommunications operator in the Kingdom of Bahrain. We are assigning our 'BBB-' long-term and 'A-3' short-term foreign and local currency corporate credit ratings to Batelco. The negative outlook mirrors that on the sovereign.
