TOKYO (Standard & Poor's) Dec. 5, 2011--Standard & Poor's Ratings Services today said that it has lowered to 'AA-' from 'AA' its rating on the notes issued under Helium Capital Ltd.'s series 74 transaction, and to 'AA-pNRi' from 'AApNRi' its ratings on the notes issued under Argon Capital PLC's series 104 and 105 transactions (see list below). The ratings on all three transactions are linked to the ratings on the transactions' collateral bonds, which are zero-coupon bonds. We today downgraded the above three transactions because we lowered to 'AA-' from 'AA' our ratings on the zero-coupon bonds on Dec. 1, 2011.
