Standard & Poor's Ratings Services lowered its rating on Citigroup Taxable Trust II's series T30004-II, relating to California Educational Facilities Authority's (California Institute of Technology) revenue bonds series 2009, to 'AA+ (sf)/A-1 (sf)' from 'AAA (sf)/A-1 (sf)'. This action follows Standard & Poor's Sept. 7, 2011, downgrade of its rating on the underlying bonds. The long-term component of the rating is based on the rating on the underlying bonds (CUSIP #: 130178TE6).
