Abstract
OVERVIEW CNH Equipment Trust 2011-C's issuance is an ABS securitization backed by equipment retail installment sales contracts. We assigned our preliminary ratings to the class A and B notes. The preliminary ratings reflect our view of the transaction's credit support, timely interest and principal payments, collateral characteristics, and legal structure, among other factors. NEW YORK (Standard & Poor's) Dec. 5, 2011--Standard & Poor's Ratings Services today assigned its preliminary ratings to CNH Equipment Trust 2011-C's $810.945 million asset-backed notes series 2011-C (see list).
