Standard & Poor's Ratings Services assigned its 'AA' long-term rating to Regents of the University of Minnesota's (the University of Minnesota or the university) series 2011D general obligation (GO) bonds. At the same time, Standard & Poor's affirmed is 'AA' long-term rating and 'A-1+' short-term rating on the university's outstanding debt. The outlook, where applicable, is stable.
