Abstract
Standard & Poor's Ratings Services has affirmed its 'A-' long-term ratings on the $84.9 million series 2009B, $173.3 million series 2005, and $69.9 million series 2001 revenue bonds issued by Brevard County Health Facilities Authority, Fla. for Health First Inc. (Health First). In addition, we affirmed the 'A-' underlying ratings (SPURs) on the series 2005 and 2001 bonds issued by the authority for Health First. The 'A-' ratings reflect our assessment of Health First's maintenance of a leading business position within the primary service area, and sound overall financial profile. In our opinion, the debt load remains fairly high for the rating category, which partially offsets the credit strengths we see in the income statement and adequate days' cash on...
