Abstract
Standard & Poor's Ratings Services assigned its 'AA-' long-term rating and school issuer credit rating (ICR) to Adams 12 Five Star Schools, Colo.'s series 2011 general obligation (GO) refunding bonds. At the same time, Standard & Poor's affirmed its 'AA-' rating, underlying rating (SPUR), and school ICR on the district's GO bonds outstanding. In addition, Standard & Poor's affirmed its 'A+' rating and SPUR on the district's certificates of participation (COPs). The 'AA-' enhanced rating and SPUR reflect the strength of the Colorado State Aid Intercept enhancement program. The outlook on all ratings is stable.
