Standard & Poor's Ratings Services assigned its 'A' long-term rating to the series 2011B system facilities revenue bonds issued by Southeast Missouri State University (SEMO). At the same time, Standard & Poor's affirmed its 'A' long term and underlying ratings on SEMO's series 2006A, series 2008, and series 2011 parity debt outstanding. Standard & Poor's also affirmed its 'A' long-term rating on the university's tax-exempt educational facilities revenue bonds series 2010A and the taxable series 2010B Build America Bonds, also issued on behalf of the university.
