Abstract
OVERVIEW We downgraded five classes from five U.S. CMBS transactions. The outlook remains negative on all five downgraded classes. We upgraded one class from one additional U.S. CMBS transaction and revised the outlook to negative from stable. We placed our ratings on CreditWatch negative on three classes from three other U.S. CMBS transactions due to their derivative exposures. The rating actions follow Standard & Poor's application of our revised bank criteria.
