Abstract
OVERVIEW We lowered our ratings on 11 commercial mortgage pass-through certificates from Bear Stearns Commercial Mortgage Securities Trust series 2007-PWR17 U.S. CMBS transaction. Concurrently, we affirmed our ratings on seven other classes from the same transaction We lowered our rating to 'D (sf)' on the class J certificates because we expect interest shortfalls to continue and because we believe the accumulated interest shortfalls will remain outstanding for the foreseeable future. Our rating actions reflect our analysis of the transaction primarily using our U.S. CMBS conduit/fusion criteria. Our analysis included a review of the credit characteristics of all of the assets in the pool, the transaction structure, and the liquidity available to the trust.
