Standard & Poor's Ratings Services raised its long-term rating and underlying rating (SPUR) to 'AA' from 'AA-' on Mansfield, Texas' outstanding waterworks and sewer system revenue bonds based on our view of the system's continued maintenance of a strong cash position, along with its decreased reliance on impact fees. In addition, Standard & Poor's assigned its 'AA' long-term rating to the city's series 2011 waterworks and sewer system revenue refunding and improvement bonds . The outlook is stable.
