Abstract
LONDON (Standard & Poor's) March 16, 2007-Standard & Poor's Ratings Services said today that following a review of the BELLATRIX (ECLIPSE 2005-2) PLC transaction based on data provided by the servicer, Barclays Capital Mortgage Servicing Ltd., up to and including January 2007, there are no changes to the ratings on the notes (see list below). 'Our review shows that the transaction's performance is stable and that no rating action is warranted at this time,' said credit analyst Esther Robinson Wild. The transaction was originated by Barclays Bank PLC and closed in August 2005. It was the second CMBS transaction to be launched by Barclays under its ECLIPSE conduit program.
