Abstract
Standard & Poor's Ratings Services lowered its rating on Clark County, Nev.'s (Las Vegas Mccarran International Airport) airport system subordinate-lien revenue bonds (amount) (weekly variable-rate demand obligations) series 2008B to 'AA-/A-1' from 'AA+/A-1+', and removed it from CreditWatch with negative implications. This action follows Standard Poor's Ratings Nov. 29, 2011, downgrade of its rating on Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria S.A. to 'A+/A-1' from 'AA-/A-1+' and its Nov. 30, 2011, downgrade of its rating on Assured Guaranty Municipal Corp. to 'AA-' from 'AA+', and removal from CreditWatch with negative implications (see "Standard & Poor's Applies Its Revised Bank Criteria To 37 Of The Largest Rated Banks And Certain Subsidiaries," and "Assured Guaranty Ltd.
