OVERVIEW We reviewed eight Asset Repackaging Vehicle Ltd. RMBS re-REMIC transactions issued in 2009 based on revisions to payment priorities within these structures. We lowered our ratings on six classes from two transactions and removed three of them from CreditWatch with negative implications. We affirmed our ratings on 32 classes from seven transactions and removed 26 of them from CreditWatch negative. We also withdrew our ratings on two classes that were paid in full. We based our rating actions on our analysis of expected payments of interest and principal, when applicable, to these classes of securities under our applicable rating scenario stresses.
