Standard & Poor's Ratings Services affirmed its 'AAA' long-term rating and 'A-1+' short-term rating on the system's revenue financing system (RFS) debt outstanding and commercial paper (CP) programs issued by the University of Texas System Board of Regents. The outlook on the long-term rating is stable.
