BlackRock Senior Income Series Ratings Raised On Six Classes Dec 11

Abstract OVERVIEW We raised our ratings on all classes from BlackRock Senior Income Series, a collateralized loan obligation (CLO) transaction. The upgrades reflect the increase in the credit support, primarily due to paydowns to the class A notes. The rating actions also reflect the lower level of defaults and an improvement in the credit quality of the portfolio since our last rating action.
