Aeroports de Paris 'A+' Rating Placed On CreditWatch Negative Following Similar Action On France Dec 11

Abstract
On Dec. 5, 2011, we placed our unsolicited 'AAA' long-term sovereign credit rating on the Republic of France on CreditWatch negative. In accordance with our criteria for rating government-related entities, we placed our 'A+' long-term corporate credit rating on France-based airport operator Aeroports de Paris (ADP) on CreditWatch negative on Dec. 8, 2011. The CreditWatch placement reflects the risk of us lowering our long-term corporate credit rating on ADP if we lower our long-term rating on France.
