Abstract
OVERVIEW We lowered our rating on one class from Newtek Small Business Loan Trust 2010-1. The downgrade reflects the deterioration in the credit performance due to rising delinquencies and an increase in our projected stress default rates in the underlying collateral since the origination of the transaction in December 2010. NEW YORK (Standard & Poor's) Dec. 12, 2011--Standard & Poor's Ratings Services today lowered its rating on class A notes to 'AA- (sf)' from 'AA (sf)' issued by Newtek Small Business Loan Trust 2010-1 (see list).
