Bulletin: Ratings On DECO Series 2005-UK Conduit 1 PLC Remain Unaffected By Specially Serviced Loan Dec 06

Abstract
LONDON (Standard & Poor's) Dec. 21, 2006-Standard and Poor's Ratings Services said today that the ratings on the notes issued by DECO Series 2005-UK Conduit 1 PLC, a U.K. CMBS transaction, were not affected by the transfer to special servicing of one of the loans in the underlying pool (see list below). The transaction closed in July 2005 and consisted of 23 loans secured on 45 commercial and residential real estate properties in England and Scotland. As of the October 2006 interest payment date (IPD), the outstanding balance was -170.82 million and there were 22 loans remaining secured on 43 properties.
