Abstract
This report is an update of the "Performance Watch: JHF And GHLC Residential Mortgage-Secured Pass-Through Notes" report that was published on May 16, 2011, on RatingsDirect on the Global Credit Portal. Standard & Poor's periodically publishes surveillance reports on the structured notes issued by Japan Housing Finance Agency (see note 1; JHF, formerly Government Housing Loan Corp.
