Standard & Poor's Ratings Services assigned its 'AA' rating, to League City, Texas' series 2011 combination tax and revenue certificates of obligation and affirmed its underlying rating (SPUR) of 'AA' on the city's outstanding GO debt. The outlook on both ratings is stable.
