Standard & Poor's Ratings Services assigned its 'AA+' long-term rating and stable outlook to Mercer County, N.J.'s series 2011 general obligation (GO) refunding bonds and affirmed its 'AA+' long-term rating and underlying rating (SPUR), with a stable outlook, on the county's parity GO debt. Standard & Poor's also affirmed its 'AA+' long-term rating and SPUR, with a stable outlook, on Mercer County Arena Improvement District's and Mercer County Improvement Authority's appropriation debt, supported by the county.
