Abstract
NEW YORK (Standard & Poor's CreditWire) Aug. 6, 1999--Standard & Poor's today assigned its 'A-1' rating to Breeds Hill Capital Co. LLC's 4(2) commercial paper notes. The rating is based on the following: -- The special-purpose bankruptcy-remote structure of Breeds Hill Capital Co. LLC; -- Program restrictions that require the liquidity commitments for the commercial paper notes be provided only by financial institutions rated 'A-1' or higher; and --Program restrictions that ensure there is always sufficient aggregate available liquidity commitments to cover the outstanding face amount of the commercial paper notes. Breeds Hill Capital is a newly formed multiseller bankruptcy-remote asset-backed commercial paper conduit that takes the legal form of a Delaware limited liability company.
