NEW YORK (Standard & Poor's) June 29, 2007--Standard & Poor's Ratings Services today affirmed its ABOVE AVERAGE ranking on Patrimonio S.A. de C.V. (Patrimonio), a mortgage nonbank bank, as a residential loan servicer for the Mexican mortgage market. At the same time, we assigned a public ranking of ABOVE AVERAGE to the company as a construction loan servicer in the Mexican market. The outlook for the rankings is stable.
