Abstract
OVERVIEW We reviewed nine Harley-Davidson Motorcycle Trust (HDMT) transactions backed primarily by new and used Harley-Davidson motorcycles. We raised our ratings on the class B and C notes from HDMT series 2007-2, 2007-3, 2008-1, and 2009-4. We affirmed our ratings on the class A notes from series 2007-2, 2007-3, 2008-1, 2009-1, 2009-2, 2009-3, 2009-4, 2010-1, and 2011-1, as well as the class B and C notes from series 2011-1. We placed the ratings on the class B and C notes from HDMT series 2010-1 on CreditWatch with positive implications.
