Abstract
NEW YORK (Standard & Poor's) Dec. 27, 2011--Standard & Poor's Ratings Services today withdrew its 'A' rating on class 2004 Se from Puerto Rico AAA Portfolio Target Maturity Fund Inc., a U.S. closed-end leveraged fund transaction (see list). We withdrew our rating following the complete paydown of the security on its redemption date.
