Abstract
Standard & Poor's Ratings Services affirmed its 'A+' school issuer credit rating (ICR) and 'AA+' long-term rating on Clackamas County School District No. 46 (Oregon Trail), Ore.'s general obligation (GO) bonds. The outlook on all ratings is stable. The ICR reflects our view of the district's: Participation in the diverse Portland economy coupled with extremely strong wealth and strong income levels; Stable-to-growing enrollment, which management anticipates will continue; and Declining but good-to-strong available reserves despite a challenging state budget environment. Partly offsetting the foregoing strengths is our view of the district's moderate debt and slow amortization schedule.
