Abstract
OVERVIEW We raised our ratings on six classes from Cent CDO 15 Ltd. We affirmed our rating on one class from the same transaction. The upgrades mainly reflect an improvement in the credit profile of the assets available to support the notes since our October 2009 rating actions, when we lowered our ratings on all of the notes. NEW YORK (Standard & Poor's) Dec. 27, 2011--Standard & Poor's Ratings Services today raised its ratings on the class A-1, A-2b, A-3, B, C, and D notes from Cent CDO 15 Ltd., a collateralized loan obligation (CLO) transaction managed by Columbia Management Investment Advisors LLC.
