Abstract
Standard & Poor's Ratings Services has assigned its 'A+' long-term rating to the Arizona Board of Regents' $24.4 million system revenue bonds series 2012 issued for Northern Arizona University's (NAU or the university). In addition, Standard & Poor's has also affirmed its 'A+' long-term rating and underlying rating (SPUR) on the board of regents' system revenue bonds issued for NAU, its 'A' SPUR on the university's lease revenue bonds, its 'A' SPUR on NAU's outstanding certificates of participation (COPs), and its 'A' long-term rating on the university's stimulus plan for economic and educational development (SPEED) revenue bonds.
