Standard & Poor's Ratings Services has assigned its 'A+' rating to Municipal Electric Authority of Georgia (MEAG) Project One taxable series three senior bonds and general resolution project taxable 2011A series senior bonds, and its 'A' long-term rating to MEAG's Project One taxable series 2011D subordinated bonds and general resolution project taxable series 2011D subordinated bonds. At the same time, Standard & Poor's affirmed its 'A+' rating on the authority's parity senior debt, its 'A' rating on the subordinate-lien debt, and its 'A' rating on debt associated with the combined cycle generating unit.
