Standard & Poor's Ratings Services assigned its 'AA+/A-1' and 'AA+' ratings to Morgan Stanley & Co. Inc. Trust's floater and residual certificates series 2006-1552, respectively, relating to the State Public School Building Authority (Commonwealth of Pennsylvania) school lease revenue bonds (The School District of Philadelphia Project) series 2006B. The long-term component of the rating on the floater and residual certificates is based on the rating on the Assured Guaranty Municipal Corp.-insured underlying bonds (AA+). The short-term component of the rating on the floater certificates is based on the rating on Morgan Stanley Bank N.A., until Feb. 15, 2012.
