Abstract
OVERVIEW We raised our ratings on the class A-1, A-3, B, and C notes from Carlyle High Yield Partners VI Ltd. We removed our ratings on the class A-1 and A-3 notes from CreditWatch with positive implications. The upgrades reflect a paydown to the class A notes and the improved performance we have observed in the deal's underlying asset portfolio since our March 2010 rating actions.
