Abstract
Standard & Poor's Ratings Services has revised it rating to 'AAA/A-1' from 'AAA/A-1+' on Oregon Health & Science University's (OHSU) series 2009B bonds based on the application of our joint criteria, reflecting a letter of credit (LOC) from US Bank N.A. ('A+/A-1') and our 'A' underlying rating (SPUR) on OHSU. We based the short-term rating component solely on the 'A-1' short-term rating on U.S. Bank'. The LOC expires on June 17, 2012. At the same time, Standard & Poor's affirmed its 'A' long-term rating and SPUR on the university's revenue debt.
