Abstract FRANKFURT (Standard & Poor's) Oct. 7, 2008--Standard & Poor's Ratings Services said today that it affirmed its 'AA-/A-1+' long- and short-term counterparty credit ratings on ABN AMRO Bank N.V. The outlook remains developing. The rating action follows yesterday's rating action on The Royal Bank of Scotland Group PLC (RBSG; A+/Negative/A-1) and Fortis Bank Nederland (Holding) N.V. (FBN; A/Watch Dev/A-1).
