Abstract
OVERVIEW We raised our rating on the class B-1L notes from Carlyle McLaren CLO Ltd. We affirmed our ratings on the class X, A-1L, A-1LV, A-2L, A-3L, and B-2L notes from the same transaction. The upgrade mainly reflects an improvement in the performance of the transaction's underlying asset portfolio since we lowered our ratings on six of the notes in October 2009. NEW YORK (Standard & Poor's) Dec. 30, 2011--Standard & Poor's Ratings Services today raised its rating on the class B-1L notes from Carlyle McLaren CLO Ltd., a U.S. collateralized loan obligation (CLO) transaction managed by Carlyle Investment Management LLC.
