Abstract
CHICAGO (Standard & Poor's) Dec. 30, 2011--Standard & Poor's Ratings Services revised its rating outlook to stable from negative on the Fort Wayne Hospital Authority, Ind.'s series 1998, 2001A, 2001B, 2001C, 2009A, 2009B, 2009C, and 2009D bonds, issued for the Parkview Health System Obligated Group (Parkview). At the same time, we affirmed our 'A+' long-term rating and underlying rating (SPUR) on the bonds. "The outlook revision reflects our view of Parkview's improved operations during fiscal 2011, which we anticipate will continue," said Standard & Poor's credit analyst Brian Williamson. The ratings reflect our view of Parkview's: Improved operations after putting in place cost savings initiatives during fiscal 2011 that should be sustained into fiscal 2012; Adequate maximum annual debt service...
